Nova brings together two senior disciplines that are rarely found in the same small team: engineering and technical systems on one side, product design and enterprise UX on the other.

We work from the problem outward. That can mean diagnosing hardware, improving business IT, applying AI where it is genuinely useful, simplifying a complex workflow or designing a website around real customer behaviour.
